Trouble with document verification?
We have got you a solution. Contact our team by submitting your documents. For each upload, ensure that the image is of high quality and information is correct.
- The name on your ID and bank statement does not match the name entered during the transfer setup. You can always edit the information in your bank transfers.
- If your ID or passport is expired, then you can always add a trusted family member as a beneficiary.
- If you have more than 30 days old bank statement, you should ask the bank for a recent bank statement.

You can change the bank account for your fundraising campaign anytime. You have the option to edit the bank details by verifying them through your bank provider or you can also manually enter the details.
To edit bank details by manually entering your information:

- Click on “Edit” under your bank account and continue the process
- Under “Bank Details” select the bank currently on file, and then choose “View Details”
