How to Transfer Funds
To set up bank transfers, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to your dashboard, select the “Transfers” tab from the menu on the left
- Select the option where you want funds to be transferred such as your bank account, a business bank account, or someone else’s account
- Enter your email for verification.
- If you wish to transfer it to yourself, choose “Get Started” and you will proceed to the payment partner’s secure information portal where you can enter your personal and bank details.
In case, you are unable to see a “Transfer” tab, it indicates that you have a charity fundraiser.
Decide where funds will be deposited:
- If they are going to your bank account then select “personal bank account”
- An organization’s bank account, then select the business bank account.
- For someone else’s bank account, then choose the option “someone else’s bank account” which is basically a “beneficiary” account.
Add Personal & Bank Information:
Your details will be used for verification and it should match your government-issued ID. Your name will not be displayed publicly on the fundraiser.
- Enter your physical address
- Enter your full name
- Enter your date of birth
Please ensure that you are entering the information correctly

Share supporting documents (if necessary):
We may also request a copy of your bank statement and ID card information. Once your details are verified, funds will be sent automatically.
Receive money in your bank account:
- Funds will be deposited weekly or monthly based on your preference.
- It may take 3-4 business days to receive the amount.
