Troubleshoot bank transfers
If you have added your banking information and are not sure why you have received funds yet, we can troubleshoot with you. Your transfers might be set up and the funds are processing or are within the transfer timeline to reach your account. We address some of these possibilities in the video below.
Check to see when your next transfer is scheduled:
In the Transfers section of your Gohelpme account, check under "Next Payout" to see when the next transfer will be sent to your bank account. Every transfer will take 2 to 5 business days to reach your bank. Even if you have daily transfers, you might not receive money every day. If you got an email saying a transfer failed to be sent, it means that it was rejected by the bank due to an error with the bank information on file. However, you can contact your bank instantly to have the correct information and then re-add it to your account.
Check if donations are processing:
If you are fundraising individually, please note that the process may take a few days for funds to be transferred. You can also check the Activity section in the Transfers tab to see which funds have been sent and which are still processing. Once the funds are ready to be transferred, you can easily view the transfer date under Next Payout.
Check to see if we need additional information:
We might need additional information before we can send your funds. You can check this within your Gohelpme account on your "Transfers" page. If we cannot verify the documents you have already provided, you will see the pop-up with the detailed issue.
