Why is my fundraiser under review?

What Happens During Review:
The fundraiser becomes temporarily inactive and won't accept donations while we investigate. Only the organizer and beneficiary can still view it.

How can I tell if my fundraiser is under review?
If your fundraiser is under review, you will see a banner on your dashboard and receive an email titled "Urgent Message from Gohelpme - Response Required." This email may be in your spam, junk, or inbox folders, so be sure to check all of them.
What to Do:
- If you are an organizer, follow the instructions in the email to address the review. Reply once you've completed the steps, and our team will finalize the review.
- If you are a beneficiary, you might not get an email. Ask the organizer to confirm they followed the instructions.
